What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect, interview, and approve new appointments to expand the employer's agency distribution
- Manage agents in a designated area, utilizing in-person, virtual, phone, and email communications to build relationships and improve agency performance
- Analyze territory to strategize resource allocation for achieving growth and profitability goals
- Prepare and document pre-call strategies, identifying new areas to support agency growth in written premium
- Monitor agent performance and implement necessary actions to help partners grow their business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of sales or relevant insurance experience (claims preferred)
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and in-person meetings
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to follow complex instructions
- Previous experience driving sales results and working with various lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health) is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and compliance with the employer's driving standards
