We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our Healthcare Team within our Large Customer sales in LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. The opportunity is to develop the go-to-market strategy, capabilities and tactics to win B2B investment. You will manage the day-to-day operations of your business, coach your sales team to create joint business plans with customers and partner with leadership team and cross functional leaders to evangelize Healthcare's opportunities and needs.
Responsibilities Lead, develop, coach and inspire a team of Account Executives and Client Solutions Managers to exceed business goals by creating and delivering consistent customer value.
Support sales activities by attending and leading customer meetings and developing relationships with executive marketer and agency stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong general management capabilities including forecasting precision, communicating key business trends and investment opportunities, and prioritizing cross-functional resources toward largest opportunities.
Partner closely with Measurement, Insights, Content Solutions, Vertical Marketing, Product Marketing, and Operations Teams to build the go-to-market.
Influence Product, Research, Editorial decisions in support of Venture categories and customer opportunities.
Create and strengthen a team culture of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.
Basic Qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of work experience in sales and client management, leading larger customers for media agencies, platforms/publishers or consultancies.
3+ years people management experience.
Preferred Qualifications Consistent track record of achieving performance targets and driving sustainable business growth.
Passion for brand-building and how marketing/advertising influences perception and behavior.
Proven ability and desire to be in the field with your team to understand and address customer challenges/opportunities.
Challenger mindset and design thinker to build new capabilities to help us scale in ways that enable us to fulfill our potential and maximize value.
Strong desire to get to the core of team members' career aspirations and to help them realize their potential.
Experience with healthcare vertical.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
