Job Description

Lead efforts to establish and grow our presence in your designated market, identifying potential clients and building long-term relationships.

Develop and execute strategic market entry plans to achieve sales targets.

Serve as a technical resource, consulting clients on the impacts of water storage on transients and energy consumption, and offering customized solutions.

Work closely with municipalities and other stakeholders to tailor proposals and product offerings that meet specific needs.

Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the technical advantages, value propositions, and ROI of our solutions.

Manage the entire sales process, from initial engagement through to project completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and identify new opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field (preferred) or equivalent industry experience.

Proven experience in technical sales, particularly within industrial equipment or infrastructure sectors.

Strong ability to create technical white papers and documentation.

Experience working with municipalities and government entities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate complex technical concepts.

Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.

Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic market environment.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
