PMCO is hiring a Sr. Sales Manager in Richmond, IN Salary: $110,000–$120,000/year + 15% bonus Location: Richmond, IN (Hybrid) Benefits: Full benefits package Job Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to ensure performance excellence and professional growth Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Develop and execute account operating plans, identifying gaps and supporting execution Communicate sales standards, behaviors, and processes across the team Guide the sales team through barriers such as communication or process inefficiencies Analyze business performance and market data to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align initiatives Oversee and manage sales-related projects (territory expansions, product launches, process improvements) Coordinate cross-functional teams, timelines, deliverables, and execution of sales initiatives Manage project progress using tools/methodologies and report outcomes Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports Act as account manager for key clients, including presenting and negotiating Solicit new business and ensure sales team growth objectives are met Monitor accounts receivable and support adherence to credit policies Exceed volume and margin targets to support financial performance Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 8+ years of progressive sales or related experience, including 1+ year of management or recognized leadership experience Proven track record of growing profitable sales results Experience in retail, dairy, consumer packaged goods/foods, or related industry Certification/license may be required during employment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong understanding of sales operations, forecasting, and pipeline management Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer objectives Proven people management and leadership skills Demonstrated problem-solving, adaptability, and customer service skills Highly organized with ability to meet deadlines and deliver on commitments Proficient in English, verbal and written Interested?
