This role focuses on maximizing our revenue potential and ensuring strategic alignment across our well-loved brands including Babybel, Boursin, and The Laughing Cow. As a senior leader, you will spearhead the planning and execution of innovative sales plans and revenue growth strategies. Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed growth and revenue targets. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adapt and inform Bel Brands? sales tactics. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure cohesive growth strategies. Lead cross-functional teams to align on and implement pricing strategies and promotional plans. Optimize trade spending and improve ROI through effective revenue growth management strategies. Develop scalable processes to ensure the execution of strategies across all regions and channels. Provide leadership and mentoring to team members, fostering a culture of performance and development.
