The Opportunity Join Adobe as a Sr. Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst and be at the forefront of building our sales strategy and motion for our AI-first emerging solutions and innovation. You will collaborate across Product Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Sales to build a repeatable, baseline motion so our innovation can reach scale. You will partner closely with sales leaders to evaluate messaging, product readiness, ecosystem and sales execution gaps, developing plans and benchmarks to drive toward success. What you'll Do Develop and implement sales strategies that align with Adobe's business goals. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive execution and optimize sales processes. Lead through relationships and influence. Lead program management efforts to ensure successful implementation of sales initiatives. Analyze sales data to determine insights and inform strategy adjustments. Identify, manage, and resolve operational challenges efficiently, ensuring smooth sales operations. What you need to succeed 7+ years of experience in sales strategy, operations, or a related field. Proven strength in leading cross-functional problem solving and program management and in navigating ambiguity. Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Strong operational background, comfortable with ambiguity and deep on product go-to-market strategies. Ability to deliver presentations to an executive audience succinctly. MBA or equivalent experience preferred but not required. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $103,900 -- $209,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
