Store Sales Representative We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Sales Representatives. You will create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, greeting each person as they enter and leave the store. You'll have the chance to share your knowledge about our diverse product lines while helping maintain an inviting and organized store environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Embrace and support the values of our company culture. Deliver exceptional customer service using knowledgeable and friendly sales techniques. Engage customers without using high-pressure sales tactics. Maximize every opportunity to enhance customer satisfaction and sales. Stay informed about the latest trends in western wear. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Know and follow company policies and procedures. Keep up with current promotions, including products and pricing. Assist in stocking and organizing merchandise as needed. Present yourself professionally by showing up on time and neatly groomed. Stay vigilant about store security at all times. Ensure products are displayed correctly and check for mismatched items in the boot department. Assist customers in processing exchanges seamlessly. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and inventory. Complete all other assigned tasks in a timely manner. Collaborate with supervisors to comprehend and achieve company-specific goals. Qualifications and Requirements: Ability to lift and lower objects regularly throughout the shift. Capability to follow basic instructions effectively. Ability to interpret various documents. Ability to apply concepts to complex tasks. Strong understanding and response capability to verbal communication. Must be able to read and understand English. Maintain alertness and focus during assigned work hours.
