Join our Team as a Strategic Sales Specialist One last thing: Our four-day week continues in Summer 2025 We are currently seeking a Strategic Sales Specialist to work with auto insurance claims decision makers to implement the use of CARFAX products and data for managing auto insurance claims. Our ideal candidate has B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and is a pro at building strong relationships. This is a consultative sales role in CARFAX’s Banking and Insurance Group and a great opportunity to join a growing team.
As a Strategic Sales Specialist you will: Obtain new auto insurance company accounts by selling the value proposition of CARFAX products in the auto claims settlement process
Manage accounts and develop key contacts and relationships with auto insurance company decision makers
Grow customer accounts by presenting/cross-selling new and existing CARFAX products and bringing on new customer locations
Develop a sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales goals
Attend industry conferences to establish new prospects and generate new business
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Proven strategic sales professional with experience in B2B sales
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Goal-oriented, results focused, and able to succeed in a metrics driven environment
Ability to work independently and manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software (for example: Salesforce)
Experience or background in the Property & Casualty Insurance sector is a plus
Experience networking with auto insurance claims executives is a plus
