Job Summary: The Studio Sales Advisor provides customer service support to studio members and guests, supporting instructors to create a positive community environment. The role involves generating revenue through developing relationships with potential, new, and existing members to increase memberships and package sales. Responsibilities include: Delivering the BODYROK Service Promise; maintaining a clean, friendly, and well-maintained studio; being punctual; and adhering to dress code. Assisting members and guests in person and via email with inquiries. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the studio, bathrooms, changing rooms, towels, laundry, and trash. Performing tasks proactively without supervision. Monitoring emails and ensuring proper check-in procedures. This position offers earning potential through commission, limited only by personal drive. It is an hourly role with a base rate plus unlimited commissions based on sales performance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Member and guest check-in compliance, greeting all visitors and ensuring procedures are followed, thanking guests as they leave. Creating new business through promotions, referrals, and inquiries; promoting specials; reaching out via email; reconciling transactions; and meeting sales targets. Providing excellent customer service, touring potential members, handling service issues, updating logs, promoting merchandise, and maintaining a clean front desk and studio environment. Qualifications: 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred. Experience with MindBody software preferred. Competitive drive and strong sales skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented. Friendly, welcoming personality, comfortable with new people. Availability to work at least 2 weekend days per month. Certifications / Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, walk, kneel, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs. Work Environment: Exposure to moving mechanical parts; loud studio environment; interaction with people.
