Do you love people and relationship building? Consider joining David Weekley Homes as a New Home Sales Intern! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the skills needed to be successful in new home sales while also contributing to our successes. Responsibilities: Sales Interns will participate in a combination of classroom, hands-on training as well as shadowing. You will be exposed to and have the opportunity to participate in the day-in-the-life of a New Home Sales Consultant which includes marketing, prospecting, customer service, and greeting and qualifying prospective home buyers.

Driven to excel Enjoy learning and taking on new challenges A positive, team player attitude Enjoy building relationships with people Provide exceptional customer service Must be able to work weekends and some evenings Must have housing available in the greater Charlotte, NC area for the duration of the internship Must be currently enrolled in a college program with an interest in starting a career in Sales
