About the Opportunity: Join a leading provider of regenerative and surgical dental products. This is a fully remote sales position representing advanced regenerative materials and surgical instruments within the dental and medical device industry. The Surgical Sales Representative will manage a defined region across Northern California, including Sacramento, Reno, and Fresno, focusing on oral surgeons and specialists performing elective procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with experience in B2B, medical, or dental sales who wants autonomy, stability, and a strong brand behind them.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and grow sales within an established Northern California territory. Build and maintain relationships with oral surgeons, periodontists, and other surgical specialists. Drive revenue through new business development and expansion of existing accounts. Execute sales strategies for regenerative materials and surgical product lines. Represent the company at study clubs, dental conferences, and regional or national trade shows. Track account activity, pipeline development, and key performance indicators. Consistently meet or exceed territory sales goals.
Qualifications: 2 to 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the dental, medical, or surgical field. Proven success in territory management and client relationship development. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently. Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and analyzing performance metrics. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation and Benefits: Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience). Monthly commission plan. Expected first-year earnings between $130,000 and $140,000 annually.
