The Company is seeking an SVP, Enterprise Prospect Sales to play a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with the CRO to shape the vision and execution of the enterprise sales organization, inspiring regional VPs and AEs to foster a high-performance culture. Responsibilities include establishing and executing sales vision, influencing product roadmaps, and driving best practices in forecasting, pipeline strategy, and account planning. The role demands a leader who can create a dynamic, inclusive work environment and is adept at mentoring and leading sales teams to success.
Applicants for the SVP, Enterprise Prospect Sales role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of success, and at least 12 years' of B2B sales experience in enterprise software or SaaS, particularly in the HR/HCM space and with Fortune 200 companies. The role requires a leader with exceptional customer commitment, the ability to influence C-level executives, and a strong focus on forecasting and quota management. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading and developing sales teams, with a focus on driving results and fostering a culture of excellence.
