As a Symetri Sales Representative , you will be at the forefront of helping small to mid-market businesses modernize their design, engineering, and construction workflows through our innovative solutions.
This is a fast-paced, full-cycle role designed for sales professionals who excel at prospecting, self-sourcing pipeline , and closing deals directly for their own attributed revenue . You'll manage every stage of the sales cycle-from discovery and demos through negotiation and close-while aligning with Account Executives (AEs) during the contracting phase to maximize total account value.
The ideal candidate blends sales drive and technical curiosity with a customer-first approach , ensuring clients adopt and expand their use of Symetri's IP products.
What You'll Do
Fully self-source pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and strategic campaigns.
Own the entire sales cycle : discovery, demos, solution positioning, negotiations, and closing.
Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to customer pain points and workflows.
Collaborate with AEs to ensure account alignment and capture expansion opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline forecasting, and activity notes in Salesforce.
Educate customers on additional Symetri solutions to drive adoption and retention.
Consistently achieve and exceed quota in a high-velocity sales motion.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of pipeline sales and closing experience, ideally in SaaS or technology sales.
Previous experience with prospecting, cold calling, and self-sourcing leads.
Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical solutions within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
Proven track record as a self - starter.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) for pipeline management and forecasting.
