A Day in the Life of a Talent Acquisition Partner at First Onsite is dynamic and impactful. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you are often the first interaction potential team members have with our organization, setting the tone for their candidate experience and contributing to our competitive advantage.
In this role, you partner closely with leaders to understand hiring needs, source top talent, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. You build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders while ensuring a seamless, positive experience for all.
Responsibilities:
Strategically source, assess, and recruit top talent to meet organizational staffing needs
Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies and create recruiting plans
Implement innovative sourcing strategies across diverse channels to attract, engage, and retain candidates
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process
Negotiate offers and communicate with selected and non-selected candidates
Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems and support HR process alignment
Build and leverage professional networks and participate in hiring events and career fairs
Travel occasionally (10-15%) as required
Experience & Education:
3+ years of successful recruiting experience across diverse industries
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams
Proficient in social media sourcing and candidate engagement
Experienced in full-cycle sourcing, including passive candidate identification, networking, job analysis, and relationship management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
