IF YOU HAVE OUTSTANDING SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU Executive Tans in Algonquin is seeking an outgoing and reliable Sales Consultant to join our team Our company works hard to provide an outstanding client experience, state-of-the-art tanning and wellness equipment, an extremely clean salon, and a friendly staff Overview As a Tanning Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, daily sales, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the salon. Previous sales experience is not mandatory but is preferred. An outgoing personality and great communication skills are always required. We offer commission and bonuses on sales. Requirements Must be 18 or older. Can work 12-15 total hours a week. Flexible schedule which includes days, some nights and 1-2 weekend shifts. Must be able to stoop, bend and lift up to 25lbs. Must be a responsible person with good work ethic. Is teachable and willing to learn from others. Problem solver mentality is a must. One year of customer service experience is required. Customer Service Willingness to serve clients eagerly and provide exceptional customer service. Goes above and beyond to welcome existing and potential new clients. Educate clients on the various tanning options available, including UV and spray tanning services. Educate clients on red light therapy and the benefits. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Provide proper recommendations based on client needs. Sales Meet and exceed sales goals daily/weekly/monthly. Maintains self-motivation to meet personal and salon sales goals. Promote and upsell tanning products and packages to enhance client experience and satisfaction. Cleanliness and Maintenance Takes pride in their work to maintain a clean, sanitized salon. Maintain high standards of sanitation in all tanning areas, ensuring equipment is clean and safe for use.
