Tax Manager– North Dallas, TX We are currently working with a highly respected mid-size CPA firm in North Dallas that is actively seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their team. This firm offers the resources and expertise of a Top 10 firm—many of the partners and staff previously came from national firms—while maintaining the balance, culture, and flexibility of a mid-size practice. Position Highlights:
Competitive base salary: $130,000 – $175,000 + performance-based bonuses Manageable busy seasons: 50–55 hours per week Hybrid/remote flexibility available Collaborative, family-oriented environment Access to advanced tools, resources, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
CPA license or CPA eligibility preferred 4–5 years of progressive tax experience, ideally within public accounting Strong technical knowledge across a variety of industries Experience with UltraTax software preferred (not required) Proven ability to manage engagements and mentor staff
