Pollmeier, the world market leader in hardwood processing, is looking for an experienced to start as soon as possible and join our Chinese Team in Southern Mainland China Job responsibilities / What you move wi th us: Take full ownership of sales, promotion, and distribution for the Pollmeier product range. Develop and expand relationships with wholesalers and key players in the furniture and wood product industry. Build and nurture strong customer connections, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Represent Pollmeier at trade fairs, showcasing our innovative product offerings. Actively acquire new customers and drive business growth with a hands-on approach. Monitor market trends, analyze demand, and stay ahead of the competition. Collaborate closely with our head office in Germany, including preparing quarterly and annual sales plans. Document all sales activities using SAP. Requirements / What convinces us: Proven experience in sales (5+ years) in the furniture, doors, mouldings, or wooden products sector. Proven experience in successfully managing a team. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A proactive mindset with a customer-first attitude. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Reliability, team spirit, and the drive to achieve results. High willingness to travel regularly within China. Language skills: Native Mandarinwith good English skills.
