Essential Functions
As a Technical Project Manager and CRM Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will combine your expertise in CRM systems with strong project management skills to lead and deliver complex CRM initiatives. You will ensure project deadlines are met, facilitate stakeholder communication, manage agile processes, and uphold quality assurance standards. With at least 10 years of relevant experience, you will also design CRM workflows, manage integrations with other systems, oversee Power Apps/mobile setup, and ensure optimal performance of data models.
Project Management: Ensure that all project deadlines and milestones are met, maintaining a high standard of project delivery.
Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues proactively to keep projects on track.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Translate technical requirements and project updates into clear, concise messaging for non-technical stakeholders.
Agile Process Management: Lead and manage agile development processes, facilitating Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Drive continuous improvement and optimization of agile practices within the team.
Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
Implement and maintain best practices for testing and validation of CRM systems and integrations.
Design CRM Workflows: Develop and implement CRM workflows that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Ensure workflows meet both business and technical requirements, while adhering to industry best practices.
Integrations Management: Design and manage integrations with other systems and platforms, such as Power BI, ArcGIS, and Qualtrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Power Apps/Mobile Setup: Oversee the setup and configuration of Power Apps and mobile solutions to support business processes.
Ensure the mobile solutions are user-friendly, functional, and aligned with organizational needs.
Data Model Configuration: Oversee the configuration of data models to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
Conduct performance tuning to optimize data processing and retrieval speeds.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Lead technical discussions and decisions, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
Compliance and Security: Ensure that all CRM systems and processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Implement security best practices to safeguard sensitive data and maintain system integrity.
Education/Skills/Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in CRM systems and project management, with a proven track record of technical leadership.
Expertise in CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or equivalent.
Proficiency in integration tools and platforms, including Power BI, ArcGIS, and Qualtrics.
Strong understanding of Power Apps and mobile solution configurations.
Advanced knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and performance tuning techniques.
Proven experience in managing agile projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead technical discussions.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust or similar security investigation.
Desired Knowledge/Skills
Experience in the government contracting industry.
Certifications in relevant CRM platforms.
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
