Location: Lake Mary, FL Industry: Manufacturing / Capital Equipment About the Role: We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Lake Mary, FL. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong technical background and proven success selling capital equipment within the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will have the ability to understand complex machinery and processes, build long-term customer relationships, and drive new business growth. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell capital equipment to manufacturing clients in assigned territories.-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.-Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored solutions to meet customer production and operational goals.-Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver accurate technical proposals.-Manage the full sales cycle?from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.-Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.-Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client demonstrations. Preferred Profile: -Mid-career professional with a balance of experience, technical knowledge, and career ambition.-Self-starter with a consultative approach to sales and a passion for manufacturing technologies.-Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
