Overview Technical Sales Manager Capital Equipment Sales for Aluminum Canning lines. Location: Must reside in Minnesota or points east (Remote-Based). Reports to Global Sales Leader (UK-Based). Travel: Up to 75% (U.S. focus with occasional international). This range is provided by Global Recruiters of Moon Valley (GRN). Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr What Youll Do Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow capital equipment and aftermarket sales Build and nurture relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities Understand customer needs and deliver customized technical solutions Lead solution presentations, equipment demos, and high-impact proposals Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and aftermarket teams for seamless delivery and execution Manage contract negotiations and close deals alongside the Executive Sales team Track key metrics and regularly report progress and insights to global leadership Represent the brand at trade shows, conferences, and industry events What You Bring Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a bonus) 5+ years of success in technical sales, business development, or capital equipment sales Strong background in the aluminum can equipment industry you speak the language and know the players Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B technical environment A consultative approach, with excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills Tech-savvy with the ability to translate complex engineering into customer value Must be comfortable with significant travel across North America (up to 75%) Senior/Level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales, Engineering, and Business Development Industries: Industrial Machinery Manufacturing
