We are seeking a dedicated Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Northern California . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow, with a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, uncapped commission, and a company vehicle.
What You'll Do
Become a product expert: Learn the ins and outs of our heavy equipment and be able to clearly articulate the value and benefits to a wide range of clients.
Drive new business: Actively pursue and close new sales opportunities in the Northern California territory, identifying and targeting potential customers.
Manage client relationships: Nurture and grow relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Provide technical support: Act as a key resource for clients, offering technical guidance, product demonstrations, and post-sale support.
Travel the territory: Use a company-provided vehicle to travel throughout Northern California to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Achieve sales goals: Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.

Excellent communication skills: You can clearly and confidently present technical information and build strong rapport with clients.
Technical aptitude: Technical aptitude: We help you, but you must be willing to continue to pursue product knowledge to enhance your impact and effectiveness within this sales role.
We need this person to help keep us in touch with the market .. we use the phrase like a bird-dog or blood hound that sniffs out new business and acts or asks for help
Experience: Previous experience in sales, especially within the heavy equipment, construction, or a related industry is a plus, but not required if you have the right attitude and a proven track record of success.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Early Riser - This role requires someone comfortable with an early start to their day, most clients start their days at 6a or before.
