Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed budgetary goals
Manage distributor relationships, including conducting product technical and sales training
Develop and maintain a large pipeline of prospects and drive conversion
Conduct product trials to support sales efforts and customer adoption
Maintain detailed records of all account activities using CRM software
Qualifications:
Proven experience selling with and through industrial distributors
Previous experience selling chemicals or industrial products with preference given to candidates with experience in the Rubber and Composites market
Ability to travel 60% or more within assigned territory
Four-year college degree preferred
Successfully demonstrate ability to sell value
Proficient in the use of CRM software along with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
