Fully remote Laptop, company phone, corporate card, and mileage reimbursement provided Compensation
Base salary commensurate with experience Eligible for 100% commission once base threshold is met Expected transition to full commission within 24 months (or sooner, if desired) Eligibility Requirements

We’re seeking motivated sales professionals with a proven track record in corrugated packaging or capital equipment sales (for positions marked "box"). The ideal candidate is a self-starter with solid B2B sales experience and the drive to thrive in a commission-driven role. Key Responsibilities
Adapt to market conditions and business drivers that influence long-term commercial strategies Leverage internal resources to stay ahead of competitive and industry trends Evaluate and adjust pricing within accounts to drive profitable collaboration Develop strategic growth plans for key accounts aligned with market demand Achieve and exceed KPIs across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets Track profitability against budget and analyze monthly financial performance Negotiate and manage multi-year contractual agreements Requirements
3–5 years of corrugated packaging sales experience Box locations require experience in capital equipment sales 2–3 years of B2B sales experience Strong presentation skills for both internal and client-facing communication Proficiency with Salesforce.com Benefits
