We are currently growing our team and seeking a Telecommunications Sales Associate to be on the front lines of our campaigns. This is a vital role—our representatives are not only brand ambassadors, but also problem-solvers, educators, and trusted advisors for the customers they serve.
*Telecommunications Sales Associate Responsibilities:*
* Engage with consumers in person, providing knowledgeable answers and personalized sales support regarding Frontier's telecommunication products and services * Complete transactions through client-specific point-of-sale systems, ensuring every customer is fully informed before closing the sale * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales orders to support internal tracking and client reporting * Comply with all company and client-specific protocols to uphold a high standard of safety, professionalism and satisfaction * Collaborate with Senior Management and learn from seasoned Sales Consultants with the goal of advancing into a managerial or lead position * Contribute ideas and insights during team huddles, training sessions, and virtual networking opportunities to drive success and achieve performance objectives

*Preferred Education and Experience for the Telecommunications Sales Associate:*
* A Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline * 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles—retail, hospitality, sales, or service environments are ideal
