As a Temporary Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-tier service during the busy holiday season. In this short-term role, you will support the store team by delivering outstanding guest service and engaging in our sales culture, which emphasizes the buy, sell, trade, and reservation practices known as the Circle of Life. Your focus will be on sales, store upkeep, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests and assisting them with their gaming needs. Engage in active sales techniques, recommending products, and expressing gratitude to customers for their patronage. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all merchandise is displayed according to company standards. Assist in stocking and restocking items, keeping the sales floor well-presented and organized. Contribute to meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals as part of the store team. Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism, escalating issues as necessary. Support inventory control and loss prevention by being alert to potential scams and following safety protocols. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail sales or customer service experience is a plus. Key Skills and Abilities: Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively. Outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills. Clear verbal communication skills and proficiency in English; bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
