ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet every customer warmly and proactively assist them during their shopping journey. Maintain company standards for product presentation across our premium sporting goods brands. Promote company initiatives, including warranty sales, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions. Foster an inclusive environment where both associates and customers feel welcomed, respected, and safe. Perform other necessary tasks to support team operations and store needs. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred. Capable of standing, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally (up to 5 times per hour). Able to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours). Comfortable performing repetitive motions for short durations (up to 2 hours continuously).
