ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and engage with every customer to enhance their shopping experience. Show genuine interest and expertise in sports to connect with customers and demonstrate commitment. Maintain high standards for merchandise presentation of top sporting brands. Promote company programs such as warranty sales, loyalty initiatives, and seasonal promotions. Create a welcoming and respectful environment for all customers and associates. Assist with various tasks that support the team and store operations as business needs arise. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in retail sales, cashier roles, or customer service is preferred. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally. Willingness to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours). Capacity to perform repetitive motions for short durations (up to 2 hours continuously). The targeted pay range is $16.50 - $24.50, with starting pay depending on various factors such as location, experience, and position.
