As a Temporary Sales Associate at BoxLunch, you'll play a vital role in our success by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that fellow fans can access the merch they adore. Your Responsibilities: Deliver an amazing shopping experience that will keep customers coming back for more. Utilize your product knowledge and customer service skills to assist shoppers with their needs. Maintain visual standards across assigned sales floor zones to create an appealing environment. Operate the register and leverage your fandom expertise to process transactions and suggest add-on sales. Assist with planogram updates including store layout, merchandise displays, and inventory management. Communicate current fashion trends and feedback to management and HQ partners. Work with Store Management to address theft prevention and security measures. Help keep the stock room organized and maintain a tidy store environment. Collaborate effectively with teammates to ensure smooth operations. Perform additional tasks as assigned by your Store Leader. What You'll Need: Previous retail experience is a plus.
