Join Our Team as a Seasonal Sales Associate! POSITION SUMMARY The Seasonal Sales Associate plays a vital role in creating a welcoming shopping environment by delivering exceptional customer service. You will contribute to maximizing sales by maintaining store organization and cleanliness while engaging with customers effectively. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues in a fast-paced retail setting. Support customers in finding merchandise, inform them about ongoing promotions, and ensure a consistently positive shopping experience. Efficiently process sales transactions at the point of sale. Restock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure customers can find what they are looking for. STORE MAINTENANCE Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to keep the store looking its best. Regularly replenish products and maintain the sales floor to meet company standards. Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers and promote our brand's loyalty program. COLLABORATION FOR GROWTH Help prevent store losses by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean store. Meet company performance standards in all operational activities. Work towards achieving daily sales goals set by management. TEAMWORK AND DEVELOPMENT Cultivate strong relationships with team members and support a collaborative work environment. Be adaptable and willing to take on various tasks as directed by management. Encourage and assist coworkers to enhance their performance and achieve success. Follow all company policies and safety procedures diligently. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Exceptional customer service and engagement skills. Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. High school diploma or GED is preferred. Strong communication skills. Experience in retail or specialty apparel is a plus. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift 40 pounds regularly. Willingness to stand for extended periods and climb ladders when necessary. Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching as part of job duties. FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY Must be available to meet the needs of the business, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Any changes to availability should be approved by the Store Manager based on business requirements. Shifts may vary from 3 to 8 hours, with a minimum shift length of 4 hours in the State of NY.
