We’re hiring a Territory Sales Manager to lead growth across the Texas health club market. This is more than a sales role, it’s an opportunity to shape how fitness experiences are delivered in your territory. You’ll act as a trusted partner to club operators, drive expansion of our industry-leading portfolio, and mentor other sales professionals along the way. If you thrive on consultative selling, strategic thinking, and influencing at every level, this role puts you at the center of where fitness and business meet.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory business plan focused on expanding Life Fitness / Hammer Strength’s footprint across health clubs.
Build and manage multi-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Present and reinforce Life Fitness’ value proposition to differentiate from competitors.
Lead complex sales cycles with a consultative approach, tailoring solutions to customer needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce (SFDC) and manage quotes and pipeline activity.
Provide mentorship and guidance to Territory Sales Representatives.
Manage time, travel, and expenses effectively (the ability to be in the field 3x per week)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience , including 2+ years in the fitness industry .
Demonstrated success in closing complex deals and exceeding quota.
Strong understanding of digital tools, market trends, and outcome-based selling.
Executive presence, analytical thinking, and adaptability.
Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
Consultative selling skills and ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
