About the Business Unit: Peripheral Intervention. Our Peripheral Intervention (PI) business unit offers a comprehensive range of medical products, devices and services for the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous disease, cancer detection, and end-stage renal disease and maintenance.

Responsibilities Sells the entire product line to current and new accounts.
Informs customers of new and current pricing, backorders, and company policies.
Executes comprehensive in-service of products to all concerned individuals.
Plans sales calls on a continuous basis, managing sales time effectively.
Develops thorough knowledge of all products and clinical data.
Informs Regional Manager of significant market changes and competitive activity.
Achieves prompt, mutually satisfactory solutions to customer complaints.
Analyzes customer needs and creates solutions.
Maintains company automobile and company property.
Completes and processes BDPI reports including: sales summary reports, expense reports, and monthly tracking audit reports.
Required Experience and Education Bachelor's Degree OR an Associate's degree with at least 4 years of outside sales experience
At least 2 years of outside sales experience
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing strategic needs-based selling solutions
Comprehensive understanding of contract administration
Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards
Preferred Experience and Education Bachelor's degree
Medical device sales experience
4+ years of outside sales experience

Salary ranges are displayed to reflect experience, education, skills, and location. Base salary ranges may vary for field-based and remote roles. The posted salary range is $86,000-$96,000 (Base + Incentive).
On-site collaboration is prioritized to foster creativity and problem-solving. Minimum in-office presence requirements vary by role; some roles may be remote or field-based with different workplace arrangements.
