Vector Windows is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to own and grow our presence in your region. Responsibilities Sales Growth: Manages channel distribution partners in the assigned territory in alignment with company segmentation strategy Ensures partners are educated on products and have appropriate selling tools available Assists with field service issues as needed to increase responsiveness Identifies strategic partners and ensures consistent growth is achieved Negotiates and achieves annual price realization goals Performance manages or removes under-performing dealers Understands share position, opportunity and risk in the assigned territory Identifies competitive products and creates sales strategy to sell on value Understands micro and macro-economic conditions and how they may impact business Planning Helps establish revenue goals for the business in the assigned territory Communicates short-term forecasts back to the business to aid in resource planning Brand Development Coordinate and attend industry trade events to increase awareness of the Brand Identify opportunities to market the brand to gain effective leads Meet with builders/contractors to increase awareness of the brand Responsible for Net Promoter Score in the assigned territory What Were Looking For 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience (windows & doors industry knowledge a major plus) Strong technical understanding of building products Skilled negotiator with exceptional communication and presentation abilities Customer-focused mindset with a sense of urgency and responsiveness Why Vector?
