Overview VIDA is partnered with an exciting POC ultrasound device scale-up to support their build-out of the territory sales team. The device has a wide user base with multiple indications and hospital departments it can support, from cardiac to critical care, and has AI-enabled functionality. This role covers Arizona and New Mexico. This is a capital equipment sales position, and the territory is well-established and high-performing. Effective networking and influencing skills are a must to create department-specific sales plans across the hospital at both a user and administrator level. The right candidate will have experience selling capital medical devices/equipment, and be able to demonstrate the ability to work as a challenger or disruptor brand against the larger corporates. You must have the hunger and desire to chase new business and have impeccable follow-up and communication skills. Alternatively, you could be a critical care / ICU / ER nurse looking to make a move into a sales role in the industry. An excellent onboarding, training, and ongoing mentoring culture across the team ensures a high level of readiness for a medical device sales role. Responsibilities Sell capital medical devices/equipment and support territory growth in Arizona and New Mexico. Develop department-specific sales plans across hospitals at both user and administrator levels. Network and influence stakeholders to create opportunities and align on purchasing decisions. Position VIDA as a challenger or disruptor brand against larger corporate competitors. Engage in onboarding, training, and ongoing mentoring to maintain readiness for a medical device sales role. Qualifications Experience selling capital medical devices/equipment. Strong networking, influencing, communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to work as a challenger brand against larger corporates. Background as a critical care / ICU / ER nurse or equivalent clinical experience is a plus. Compensation Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr . This range is provided by VIDA Connected Specialists.
