Responsible for achieving budgeted sales and retention goals for accounts as assignedMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Education: High School Diploma, GED and/or equivalent work experience.An Associates’ Degree in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing is preferredYears of Experience: At least 3 years of related experience. A minimum of 2 years' experience in Solid Waste and/or a service-related industry is preferredPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting customer retention goals, resolving customer issues in a timely manner, and solving accounts receivable and service problems. Communicate to and work with the Sales Manager/General Manager to resolve unique customer issuesGenerate revenue through the sale of services to new and existing accounts. Increase existing account revenue. Meet or exceed sales all activity goals for both new sales and retentionDemonstrate basic knowledge of technical equipmentAcquire fundamental knowledge of potential customers, pricing and competitionGain an understanding of and execute the division's pricing and service strategiesIdentify and engage other sister company opportunitiesEffectively use Capital Waste Services' sales tools.
