Our client, a growing global leader in industrial labeling, coding, and marking systems, is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to cover Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. What You’ll Do Drive new business development and manage a portfolio of industrial accounts across the region Present solutions and demonstrate equipment in production environments Consult with customers on technical needs and packaging workflows Prepare quotes, follow up, and close deals independently Maintain client relationships and support long-term account growth Attend trade shows and industry events as needed What You Bring Minimum of 2 years of sales or technical client service experience in capital equipment, manufacturing machinery, packaging, or related industries Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and executive-level stakeholders Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) Strong technical aptitude and understanding of industrial production lines Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently on the road Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel by car and air as needed Must live within 50 miles of Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport Dedicated space to store and maintain demo equipment Bonus If You Have Experience with barcoding, labeling, printing, or packaging equipment Background in technical sales or field service looking to move into sales Additional Perks Performance bonuses and end-of-year incentives Mileage reimbursement Company-paid travel expenses (hotel, airfare, rental cars) Eligibility for company vehicle If you’re looking for the next step in your sales career and want to join a company that rewards initiative, drive, and technical expertise, we’d love to hear from you.
