Territory Sales Manager – Jackson, TN Area Hi-Speed Industrial Service is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team, covering the West Tennessee region and based in the Jackson, TN area. Your mission is to grow our customer base while providing exceptional service and support. Manage existing accounts and actively pursue new business opportunities Identify customer needs and deliver solutions that align with our service offerings Present quotes, negotiate pricing, and follow through on service delivery Coordinate with engineering, shop, and field service teams to ensure customer satisfaction Serve as the main point of contact between the customer and our internal departments Report sales activity, pipeline progress, and regional trends to leadership Stay current on all products, services, and industry trends What We're Looking For: 10+ years of proven success in industrial or technical outside sales Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Background in manufacturing, project management, or a technical field (preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Comfortable with local travel and occasional overnight stays Self-starter who can work independently and manage their territory Ready to Join the Team?
