HireWorks is partnered with a market leader in pavement preservation and maintenance solutions. We’re seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager with strong leadership and entrepreneurial drive to help support growth initiatives in the Dallas/East Texas territory. Company vehicle provided.
ROLE SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop strong knowledge of products, applications, and competitive landscape
Drive sales within an assigned territory by building relationships with contractors, municipalities, and other key decision makers
Manage leads, prepare quotes, track sales reports, and maintain accurate records
Oversee territory promotions, campaigns, and retail support activities
Conduct client site visits to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities
Provide product demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting for materials and equipment
Operate and demonstrate machinery (sealcoating, line striping, crack sealing, etc.) and assist customers with hands-on support
Handle order processing, deliveries, and occasional mobile repairs to meet client needs
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
Anticipate challenges, negotiate effectively, and create solutions that drive results
Travel extensively within territory, with some overnight stays required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience selling directly to contractors or municipalities (required)
Strong track record of building and growing accounts in a field-based sales role
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; able to tow equipment when needed
Technical aptitude with ability to explain product specs and equipment operation
Skilled communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software (ERP experience a plus)
Comfortable with physical aspects of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Professional, reliable, and safety-conscious with high integrity
Able to work independently while collaborating as part of a team
