Join Life Fitness / Hammer Strength as a Territory Sales Representative  supporting the Multi-Unit Housing (MUH) and Hospitality segments. You'll be in the field 3+ days/week working with developers, property managers, and hospitality leaders to deliver premium fitness experiences that elevate lifestyle and guest satisfaction. This role will cover Northeast and Central Florida , and we prefer candidates who are based in or near these regions—ideally in the Greater Jacksonville or Greater Orlando areas What You’ll Do Show how fitness amenities drive ROI, tenant satisfaction, and guest experience.

Collaborate with architects and contractors to design wellness-focused fitness spaces.

Influence specifications through storytelling, insights, and customer success stories.

Communicate clearly with diverse audiences and align multiple stakeholders.

Build local credibility and grow referral networks with brokers and developers.

Present premium solutions confidently and follow up with persistence.

What You'll Bring 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.

Willingness to be in the field at least 3 days a week.

Proficient executive presence and business acumen, with the ability to engage confidently with housing boards and hospitality leadership

Background in real estate, development, or wellness amenities is a plus.

Strong communication and consultative selling skills.

Salesforce experience preferred.
