Job Summary: **HELIX is booking in-person interview held in Cincinnati, OH on Thursday (8/28).** The Territory Representative at HELIX Solutions Group plays a crucial role in expanding our presence and driving sales within Central OH, Southern OH, Northern KY, and other nearby regions. This position combines relationship-building, project management, and strategic sales expertise to foster dealer partnerships, grow the territory, and ensure continued success for HELIX's manufacturers. Ideal candidate must be located in Central Ohio, Southern Ohio, or Northern Kentucky. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Incoming & Outgoing Sales Correspondence: Handle and respond to all sales-related inquiries within the territory in a timely and professional manner. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, dealers, and manufacturers to facilitate sales processes. Know Product Lines & Advise: Become an expert in all HELIX manufacturer product lines to advise dealers and clients on suitable solutions. Educate foodservice professionals on product offerings and their benefits. Reporting: Track and report on sales activity, project progress, and territory performance to leadership. Maintain records of all leads, sales, and projects within the territory utilizing workflow management software. Project Management: Proactively seek out new business opportunities within the territory. Identify emerging trends and potential areas of growth to maximize HELIX's market presence. Dealer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships. Offer regular support, updates, and guidance to dealers on new products, promotions, and pricing. Dealer Continuing Education: Organize and facilitate training sessions for dealers to ensure they are up-to- date on product knowledge, best practices, and industry trends. Promote HELIX's product training resources to dealers and help them grow their knowledge base. Design Development, Submittals & Approvals: Assist dealers and clients in designing commercial kitchen spaces that meet their operational needs. Coordinate and ensure that design proposals, submittals, and approvals are processed and delivered accurately. Territory Growth & Diversification: Develop strategies with the Director of Sales and Marketing to expand HELIX's reach within the territory, focusing on new markets, industries, and potential clients. Ensure continued diversification of the territory's sales opportunities to reduce dependency on any single market segment. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales or territory management within the commercial kitchen equipment or similar industries. Strong understanding of product lines, design development, and project management. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Knowledge of design and submittal processes in the foodservice industry is a plus. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to finding opportunities and driving results. Bachelor's degree preferred. Working Conditions: The Territory Representative will base work from a home office but will be required to travel to meet clients and attend industry events. This role will involve occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate client schedules and industry events. Compensation: Competitive salary with commission and performance-based incentives.
