The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market share and presence by delivering on-site fueling solutions to fleet-operated businesses. The role is vital for driving sales growth, fostering strong relationships, and enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring the efficient delivery and management of fuel-related costs. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate market segments and acquire new clients. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customer bases to increase retention and client satisfaction. Conduct in-person visits and presentations to potential clients, demonstrating how Diesel Direct?s solutions can directly benefit their operation. Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity to provide feedback to the company leadership team and other company functions. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Prepare and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs. Manage and update client account records and sales activities in the CRM system. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to negotiate and close deals. Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Technical knowledge of fuel systems and fleet management solutions.
