Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the right tickets for their needs. Process ticket sales efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to ticket purchases. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure that promotional materials are up-to-date. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed about upcoming events and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer systems and point-of-sale software is a plus. A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service are essential. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
