Job Summary
As the Tire Sales and Installation Manager, you will oversee tire bay operations, ensuring exceptional sales, installation, and repair services. You will lead, manage, and motivate your team while maintaining compliance with all policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities:
Supervise tire bay team members, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment
Manage scheduling and staffing efficiently
Oversee tire installation processes including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing
Install, sell, and repair tires, while adhering to disposal and safety policies
Maintain inventory and ensure proper operation of tire bay equipment
Provide knowledgeable service to members and manage sales transactions effectively
Ensure completion of necessary training and certifications for all team members
Conduct performance appraisals and offer constructive feedback to team members
Uphold all club policies and perform additional duties as assigned
Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential for success in this role.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
High School diploma or college degree preferred
Valid driver's license required
Strong interpersonal, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential
Basic computer skills required
Knowledge of tires and tire bay equipment is necessary
Prior tire installation and sales experience preferred; Level 400 certification is a plus
Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams and driving results
Environmental Job Conditions:
Exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions
Frequent standing and movement on hard surfaces
Occasional lifting of heavy or awkward objects with assistance
Work near moving vehicles and noisy equipment, requiring communication adjustments
In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. The salary for this position starts at $20.25.
