Medical plans vary by location. ***$1,000 Sign-on Bonus*** Job Summary As the Tire Sales and Installation Manager, you will oversee tire bay operations, ensuring exceptional sales, installation, and repair services. You will lead, manage, and motivate your team while maintaining compliance with all policies and procedures. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old High School diploma or college degree preferred Valid driver's license required Strong interpersonal, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential Basic computer skills required Knowledge of tires and tire bay equipment is necessary Prior tire installation and sales experience preferred; Level 400 certification is a plus Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams and driving results Environmental Job Conditions: Exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions Frequent standing and movement on hard surfaces Occasional lifting of heavy or awkward objects with assistance Work near moving vehicles and noisy equipment, requiring communication adjustments In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. The salary for this position starts at $20.25.
