We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and grow our business in Tempe and surrounding areas. A minimum of 2 years of recent title insurance sales experience is required. Real Estate experience is a big plus. *The position is full-time and is based in our Goodyear, AZ, branch office. In-office attendance will be required on a hybrid basis. Many days will start and end in the office, with auto travel during the day. What You’ll Do Develop and implement strategies to win new business and grow market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, and other clients.
Support existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Promote Old Republic Title’s services in-person and virtually.
Use company marketing tools to show value to clients and prospects.
Travel within your assigned territory (company car or auto allowance provided).
Follow all company policies and comply with state and federal regulations.
What We’re Looking For At least 2 years of recent title insurance sales experience (required).
Real estate industry experience is a plus.
Proven track record in sales and marketing.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Details Full-time position based at our Goodyear, AZ branch.
Hybrid schedule: regular in-office attendance required, with travel during the day.

Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort. Position's Pay Range : $54,000.00 to $78,000.00 plus a generous auto allowance and cell phone allowance.This position may be eligible to earn commissions based on applicable incentive compensation or commission plan(s). Specifics pertaining to the calculation and payment of those commissions will be reflected in individual commission or incentive plan documents.
