We are looking for a Transitions Associate with a proven track record of successfully onboarding new advisors and a deep understanding of custodial platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with major custodians like Pershing, Fidelity, and Charles Schwab to facilitate the seamless opening and transfer of accounts. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for financial advisors joining the firm. Liaise with external custodians and third-party platforms to ensure all new account documentation and transfers are processed accurately and efficiently. Serve as the primary point of contact for new advisors regarding operational and transitional support. Maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Prior experience in a broker-dealer or registered investment advisor (RIA) setting. Proven ability to work with financial custodians and third-party platforms. Experience in account opening and asset transfer processes. Possession of a FINRA Series 7 license is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills and an acute attention to detail.
