We're hiring a Senior Travel Sales Manager to join one of the fastest-growing luxury spa groups in the country. In this role, you'll travel to high-priority locations to coach teams, lead in-spa sales efforts, stabilize performance, and ensure a five-star client experience.About the RoleThis is a travel-based leadership position where you will be deployed to one MedSpa location at a time for 60 to 90 days per assignment, depending on how quickly the location stabilizes. You'll manage performance, coach team members, and implement high-conversion strategies. Once aligned, you'll move on to the next priority location.Coverage includes: Florida, Texas, Georgia, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Tennessee.All travel costs are fully covered. You'll return home between deployments.Schedule: Sunday through Friday (Saturday off)Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily sales operations and strategy at assigned MedSpa locationsSupport new spa openings and align new team membersSell premium services such as injectables, facials, skincare, body contouring, and membershipsTrain and motivate in-spa teams to exceed revenue goalsCoach front desk and sales staff on conversion tactics and service presentationBuild long-term client relationships to increase retention and referralsWhat We're Looking ForPlease apply only if you meet all the following qualifications:Minimum 2 years of strong sales leadership experience, ideally in high-end services (spa, aesthetics, luxury retail, wellness, or hospitality)Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and KPIsBackground in multi-location or high-volume sales team managementStrong client-facing communication skills and a polished, professional presenceOpen and flexible availability for 60-90 day travel assignmentsMedSpa experience is a strong plus but not required if you have solid luxury or consultative sales backgroundCompensation & BenefitsDuring Paid Training (First 30 Days):$3,000/month base salary5%-10% commission on net sales, even during trainingTop performers consistently earn well above baseAfter Second Month of Deployment:$1,000 monthly bonus (no absences)Additional Perks:Company car and fully paid travel (flights, gas, tolls, hotels)100% covered business-related travel expensesClear promotion pathway to higher leadership rolesOngoing training and leadership developmentEmployee discounts on all spa services and products Not an Entry-Level RoleThis is a senior-level position for candidates with strong sales backgrounds and team leadership experience.
