Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced and driven Treasury Management Sales Officer to join a dynamic commercial banking team in the Los Angeles market. This revenue-producing role is responsible for originating, structuring, and closing treasury and payment services with mid-market and institutional clients. It's an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with deep product knowledge and strong regional relationships to make a direct impact on growth. Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Originate and close new business across treasury and payment solutions Develop and deliver customized offerings including ACH, lockbox, wire services, and fraud tools Create cash concentration and liquidity strategies tailored to client needs Partner with Relationship Managers and product specialists for full-cycle client onboarding Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified commercial and institutional prospects Stay current on treasury products, pricing models, competitive positioning, and market trends Meet and exceed annual sales and revenue targets Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred) 5+ years in a revenue-generating role selling treasury management or cash management solutions Deep knowledge of lockbox, ACH, wires, liquidity, and fraud tools (e.g., Positive Pay) Proven success selling into mid-market or institutional clients Strong understanding of the DMV or Los Angeles commercial banking landscape Excellent communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills Perks/Benefits
