Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with e-commerce channels and customers through meetings, site visits, and communications.
Support preparation of sales forecasts and monthly/quarterly reports.
Create, update, and post content on the company website and social media accounts.
Help gather and analyze marketing data (web analytics, rankings, etc.) to support campaigns.
Assist in managing and creating marketing literature to enhance brand presence.
Relay customer and consumer feedback to internal teams (R&D, Production, Quality, etc.).
Stay updated on food trends to support new product development and recipe improvements.
Participate in weekly/monthly sensory tastings and provide feedback on product quality.
Support participation in nationwide food shows and roadshows as brand ambassadors.
Assist the Sales & Marketing team with new sales initiatives and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master's degree.
Strong interest in sales, marketing, and the food industry.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, and social media platforms.
Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required)
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
This is an unpaid internship.
Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days per week, with full onsite participation required.
Duration: 3 months Commitment with the potential for full-time consideration based on performance.
