Founded in 2022 by third-time serial founders, with $25M funding in the bank, we're dead set on getting security done for devs. This is a chance to join an all-star team early, take ownership, and push boundaries.We are seeking a Channel Sales Lead to scale our channel ecosystem across Resellers, MSPs, and Distributors. Collaborating & reporting to the SVP of North America and dotted line to the Global Head of Partnerships & Channel, you will be the first dedicated channel development hire in the US.You'll leverage established global partner frameworks (qualification, enablement, PRM systems) and collaborate closely with our US sales team, ensuring tight field alignment and maximizing partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. This is a high-impact, builder role - with a clear roadmap to expand the US channel team at a rapid pace.ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and close partner-sourced pipeline with US field salesRecruit, qualify, and activate new resellers, MSPs, and distribution partners in the USBuild and execute joint GTM plans with key partners to drive revenueTrack KPIs, deal reg, and pipeline activity via CRM and PRM systemsUse global PRM tools, enablement programs, and partner criteria to scaleDefine needs for future Partner Success, Development, and Channel Sales hires3-5 years in channel sales or partner roles, ideally in cybersecurity or developer toolsProven track record of building channels in fast-growing startupsStrong knowledge of the American Cyber VAR, MSP, and distributor landscapeExperience localizing global partner programs and resourcesProficient with PRM tools, Hubspot, and KPI reportingSkilled at building exec relationships and driving cross-functional alignmentMetrics-driven, with success in partner-sourced revenue and shorter sales cyclesWhat you can expectHigh-impact position in a fast-growing companyCompetitive salary packageA company that sticks to their values in an open and informal atmosphere (see our culture-page on the website for more details)A diverse and inclusive organization that is proud to be an equal opportunity employerFlexibility in working hoursJob Title and Compensation: The base salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $110,000, based on full-time employment.Actual salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.Our open positions are based on job competencies that are specific to each role.
