Compensation: $50,000 - $120,000 Yearly Responsibilities: Arrange and accompany auto sales customers on test drives Leverage excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills to effectively close sales Field inquiries about used car contracts and facilitate support to summarize the related financing options Uphold the dealership’s reputation for excellence by maintaining a professional appearance, whether in the showroom or attending sales meetings Create a positive auto sales experience by taking a knowledgeable approach to presenting used car features, options, and differentiating characteristics Qualifications: One year of auto sales experience, working as a sales representative, or related retail sales jobs is required High school diploma mandatory; bachelor’s degree preferred Must hold a valid, state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and an outgoing personality are critical Requires knowledge in used car features, auto sales, car dealership protocols, financing options, and automotive sales About Company We are a family-owned and operated company with over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry.
