They are seeking a  Vice President – AI Practice to lead AI-driven enterprise solutions and drive business growth through innovation and strategic execution. Job Title: Vice President – AI Practice Location: Chicago, IL – Hybrid (2-3x per week). Candidates must be local to Chicago-metro area and comfortable working onsite to be considered. Required Skills and Responsibilities: + years in software architecture, cloud computing, and AI/ML-driven solutions

Deep technical expertise across AI technologies (ML, Agentic AI, RAG, MLOps, Data Engineering, Cloud Architecture)

Lead and scale the AI Practice by developing standardized methodologies, frameworks, and best practices

Define AI strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise business goals

Advise C-level executives on AI adoption, cloud transformation, and scalable enterprise architectures

Conceptualize and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Proof of Value (POVs) to demonstrate AI solution benefits

Lead pre-sales engagements, respond to RFPs, and deliver compelling client presentations

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Data, Infrastructure, and Business teams

Establish governance, frameworks, and best practices for enterprise-wide AI and architecture strategy Nice to Have Skills: Experience publishing thought leadership (whitepapers, industry presentations, marketing narratives)

Strong understanding of AI ethics, governance, and regulatory considerations

Experience designing secure, scalable, and cost-optimized AI/data solutions
